Need help with Find My Focus, App Store access, notifications, iCloud sync, or something else in the app?

Quick tips
- Notifications — Allow Find My Focus notifications in iOS Settings, then set your active hours and cadence in the app’s Settings tab.
- Patterns empty — Charts appear after you have logged entries in the lookback window. Logging regularly for a couple of weeks improves the signal.
- iCloud — Logs sync through your private iCloud when you are signed in. Sign into the same Apple ID on each device that should share history.
